	Born in Baltimore Maryland in 1962. Moved to Ellicott City in 1966. Graduated from Mount Saint Joseph High School; Baltimore, Maryland in 1980. Graduated from Catonsville Community College in 1985 with an Associate of Arts Degree in Computer Programming Technology. Worked 14 years for US Airways as a Fleet Service Agent. Presently owns and operates, since 1987, a Telecommunications Company. Eagle International Telecom. Parishioner Our Lady Of Perpetual Help Church in Ellicott City since 1966. Also attend St. Augustine’s Church in Elkridge, Maryland. Has been a County/Community Advocate for the past 15 plus years. Board Member for past six years Worthington Communities Association (County Liaison)
